Majority of bank branches open Easter Monday

TORONTO – The Canadian Bankers Association is reminding Canadians that all bank branches will be closed on Friday, April 14 for the Good Friday statutory holiday. The majority of branches will be open on April 17, Easter Monday, during their regular branch hours, with the exception of branches in Nunavut which will be closed for a territorial holiday.
- Friday, April 14, 2006 (Good Friday): All branches closed.
- Monday, April 17, 2006 (Easter Monday): Nunavut branches closed. All other branches open for business with regular branch hours.
Branch openings on Saturday, April 15 and Sunday, April 16 may vary. Check with the individual branch directly for information on hours of operation.
